Dear Sister Tarbet,
Today your son bore his testimony and we welcomed him to Stockport Ward, Manchester England Stake. I am the ward historian and so photograph all the missionaries who serve here. Please find attached a picture of Elder Tarbet with his companion, Elder Rongo. We take care of our missionaries here so be assured he will be fed!
